It’s a good day to send a postcard to someone.
Search works again. Sorry about the outage, happy postcard sending.
The search feature on postcard is currently down. Seeqpod, the provider of the music library for Postcard, has been down for ‘scheduled maintenance’ longer than we anticipated. In the meantime you can still upload mp3s to send postcards. Sorry about the inconvenience.
Postcard.fm/jingler is live.
We teamed up with the guys over at The Echonest to make a holiday version of postcard. Send any mp3 as an audio postcard with jingle bells strategically added to the track. Check out a sample card of Rogue Wave’s song Christmas. Happy holidays!
Consider Sending Ecards
Of course it wouldn’t be the Christmas (or Hannukah, Kwanza etc) without writing up your family’s annual holiday letter and mailing out cards. But between printing costs and postage, you can spend a lot of cash. There are a few really nice ecard sites that allow you to customize your greetings for free. Check out www.postcard.fm in which you can upload a photo of choice and select a song to go with it.

Which according to google translates roughly to:
Postcard.fm is a small application that lets you send a picture and an audio file of his choice, all in a very sober. It seems fatally simple, almost beautiful. And it is. For the image, just download the file (jpg, png and gif are accepted) or copy the URL.
